Marshall Ganz, on whose work our leadership and organising training is based, speaks of diversity in organising as a strength - bringing to our efforts different experiences, which help us be more creative, and more relationships helping growth. One of the aims of our 2025-26 Summer School is to grow the number of trained organisers and leaders including that they come from diverse backgrounds, not limited by access to money. Your donation will help ensure that more low and fixed income people, women, young people, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, LGBTIQA+ community members and others are included in our training and better equipped to engage in civil society, including Fabians.
