On Wednesday 3rd September 2025 via Zoom the WA Branch hosted a panel discussion on impactful strategies for better housing policies. Panel members include Sarah McKenzie, Director of Policy and Research at Per Capita and Deputy Mayor of Yarra City Council; Will van den Wall Bake is National Research and Policy Officer and WA branch delegate with the Renters and Housing Union Australia and Phil O'Donoghue, formerly of the Welfare Rights and Advocacy Service and Deputy Director of the Australian Council of Social Service (ACOSS).
