Housing affordability is a major issue facing Australia today. Home ownership rates are falling, prices are exponentially rising and there are fears that a generation will be renters.
This NSW Fabians seminar will seek to explore housing affordability and provide a comprehensive understanding of the issue. The seminar will cover the history of housing policy, the impact of the law and the effect of taxation incentives.
