Phil O'Donoghue is the National Secretary appointed by the Board in October 2025. Prior to that he was National Membership Secretary, elected to that position in 2022. Prior to this he was the WA Convenor and WA National Board representative of Australian Fabians from 2015 until 2022. He worked for more than thirteen years as Media Officer and then Campaign Officer at UnionsWA. He is passionate about the leadership and organising practices of Marshall Ganz and has led a Fabian program of related training since 2022.
