My name is Santino, and I am the Victorian Representative on the Fabians National Board. I am also the Deputy Chair of the Victorian Fabians, having been increasingly involved over the last few months. As a current university student I contribute a perspective to the Fabians that is representative of the issues young people care about whilst also assisting our organisation tailor it’s events towards a younger crowd.
I currently study law, history and international relations at Monash University, and work as the Treasurer of the Monash Student Association. I also work for a small employment law firm, representing workers who have been unfairly dismissed or discriminated against. I have a deep interest in industrial relations, environmental policy and inequality in society. It is this interest alongside my growing professional background that first attracted me to Fabians which is why I am so delighted to have been elected to the National Board.
